As indicated above I made a formal tutu for Suzy Snowflake from the material. It was perfect to ruffle and a great weight and stiffness. The costume was stunning and was the overall winner of the Bal Masque. Will seek the same fabric should I need to make other tutus! Yeah! Had more than enough fabric and at such a reasonable price.
