We used this for our "Game Show Mania" themed auction. It stood on the stage behind our auctioneer. It was very stable and I had no concerns about it tipping. It's sturdy enough that (with careful handling and storage) I think it will be reused again and again. I'm glad the online description of this item has changed since my purchase. When I called in inquire how many balloons were needed, the operator said something like," probably about 100? I'm not really sure"). We bought 124 balloons (two packs of 12, 1 of 100) and we used them all. It looked fine, but not as full and gorgeous as the one pictured. (those metallic balloons by the way, BEAUTIFUL!) This was definitely a good value for the money.
