I needed to create a festive ceiling for a theater gala and used the 4" streamers from center of the room to each corner and then crosswise until it looked like a silver tent. Since it was our 30th theater anniversary year as well I hung shining 30th swirlies in between and it was a wonderful effect. I used your shining silver lightweight paper on the walls as well. The room looked great!
