This was exactly what my wife and I needed to finish off our holiday touch this season. Being in an apartment we don't have the ability to install a fireplace and this filled the gap. We hung stockings from it, decorated it with lights, and have it conveniently located near the tree with no fear of causing a fire. Now we have a way for Santa to visit.

I expect to win our cubicle decorating contest with this jewel. Had one as a child and could not resist the nostalgic connection. Was easy to put together, light and will store easily.

Growing up in the 60's, I remember my mother setting up one of these cardboard fireplaces every Christmas. I am so happy to have been able to find one very similar to our old one. I bought a light bulb to put inside the "fire" and it looks even better.

We used this for our 80's ski party. My husband said it was a pain to set up but not the end of the world. We ended up using it for cheesy 80's photo pics of our guests. A big hit and a can't beat price.
